Triple Shoot
Double Weave, Plain Weave, Single Crimp: This style of weave is used for smaller openings with relation to the wire diameter.  Generally, the opening will be 1 to 3 times the wire diameter.  All of the teeth on the wheel (to make this weave) are the same size and evenly spaced.  Both wheels are identical in size and shape.

Lock Crimp, Scalp Weave:
This style of weave is used for larger openings with relation to the wire diameter.  Generally, the opening will be 3 to 5 times (or possibly larger)  the wire diameter.  The wheels for a lock crimp design have one high tooth and two low teeth and this pattern is repeated and uniform.  Both wheels are identical in size and shape.  Lock crimp can have many different looks to it.  When ordering lock crimp, you should specify the look you require.

Intermediate Crimp:  This style of weave skips several crimps in the wire to give a large opening with respect to the wire diameter.  This type of weave uses a single crimp wheel.  All teeth are the same size and evenly spaced.  Both wheels are identical in size and shape.

Flat Top:  This style of weave has a flatter surface (on one side only) than other weaves which improves material flow.  Each wheel is different in a flat top weave.  This is because the weave is not symmetrical on the top and bottom of the screen.

Triple Shoot:  This style of weave has long openings to help material flow freely.  The long slot prevents material from getting stuck in the screen.  The wheel has a cluster of teeth and then a flat area which corresponds to the straight section of the screen.  Both wheels are identical in size and shape.
